It all began during a particularly harsh rainy season when flooding caused unexpected damage to communities nearby. Our team witnessed firsthand how delayed information cost valuable time for emergency responders, insurers, and infrastructure managers. We realized there had to be a better way to predict and prepare for floods before they struck.

Inspired by advances in drone technology and real-time data analytics, we envisioned drones capable of surveying flood-prone areas from the sky, gathering crucial environmental data as events unfolded. This innovation could provide instant alerts to insurance companies, helping them assess risk earlier, and to city planners, enabling proactive measures to protect critical infrastructure.

From that spark, DEM Drones were born: intelligent, agile, and equipped to analyze flood data in real time. Our mission today is to empower institutions and organizations worldwide with early flood detection, so they can respond faster, minimize damage, and ultimately save lives and resources. What started as an idea is now transforming how we face the challenges of flooding.
